ABCs For Meetings

I’m currently reading a military thriller (think Tom Clancy) by Richard Herman Jr., “Iron Gate”.  In it, there’s a description of the daily briefings held by the commanding general, kind of like our morning standups.  Everyone who gives a report is very aware of the “ABCs” for a meeting with the general:
  • A – Accurate
  • B – Brief
  • C – Complete

They seem like good guidelines for our standups.
