I'm starting a little blog for the delivery organization that seeks to help my communication on:

projects, appreciations, 15five trends and what we will do about that, strategic objectives and tactics progress, organization things.

I would appreciate if you shared as appropriate with your teams. I receive feedback that information from management is not well communicated. I depend on each of you to help. This blog maybe is just one way. If you have helpful suggestions or would like access to update, let me know.
